Style:
Transformation Yoga is for the body, breath, mind and spirit. Through the class we will work the body with different Asana Postures - Primarily Hatha, with some vinyasa flows and, especially in the evening, longer, restorative postures. We work the breath with Pranayama, the mind with mantra and the spirit with meditation. A holistic way to stretch, strengthen and feel wonderful!

Bak-Bak Beach Yoga

5-6PM Saturday and Sunday

Life's a beach! Join us on the sand or out on the Jetty for the sounds of ocean waves and views of the horizon while you take a rejuvenating and relaxing Yoga Practice. Suitable for any level.
