Kelly Eva-May

Kelly is an artist and holistic masseuse living and working in London. Her interest in massage and holism started whilst working with many ailing actors on theatre tours across Europe. She is particularly interested in the connection between physical, mental and emotional well-being, and although this can often be difficult for us to find and maintain in our busy lives, this is her main focus when working with clients.

Jennifer Louise

Jennifer is a Yoga instructor trained in Transformational Hatha, Vinyasa and Integral Yoga. They style of the class is suitable for all levels and often includes Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Mantra. She is passionate about the integrated path as it focuses not only on the postures for the physical body, but also the emotions, thoughts, philosophy and science for yoga on and off the mat.

Lydia Orange

Lydia is a Pilates Instructor working and living in Surrey. She originally started practising Pilates as a way to strengthen her body after suffering from neck and back pain and developed an interest in enabling other people with injuries to rehabilitate. She is passionate about helping people have a healthy relationship with exercise, strengthening and toning their bodies in an effective way whilst taking the time to centre and relax.

Our Farm Chic Retreat is located on the edge of an Italian National park! Buried in the mountains in a yoga and wellness community, surrounded by forests, trek trails, waterfalls and delicious organic farmland!

This is a unique retreat experience, with the opportunity to spend time with animals, farm the delicious organic fruit and veg produce that you eat.

Enjoy 2 daily Yoga Asana and pilates classes, Yoga and Pilates are a perfect combination and will provide different yet complimentary techniques. For integrated strength, flexibility, core and balance. We will cover different styles and postures, whilst keeping a progressive thread so you can develop your own practice and safely continue to take the techniques off the Mat.

The classes will also include other aspects of Yoga, pranayama, mantra, energy, science, history and philosophy.



Your body is a temple...

As part of the retreat package you can enjoy, depending on the length of stay up to 3 holistic massage therapy sessions (plus sessions can be purchased at an additional fee) with follow up aftercare information specific to your needs. This is a time for you to relax and unwind, alleviate muscular tension and stress from your body and mind. Reduce anxiety and increase your energy levels and immunity. Holistic massage therapy is the perfect partner of Yoga Asanas as both work to improve mobility, flexibility and circulation allowing you to experience longer, more pain free meditations, and generally take a healthier, happier body and mind into your everyday life.



Quiet the mind and you will hear the heart.

Meditation can take many forms. Throughout your time on the retreat you can experience one or more of the following, candlelight/fire meditation, mantra and sound meditation, guided meditation, walking meditation, dynamic meditation, still meditation, Art meditation.



Bare feet and Wellies!

This retreat is relaxed, holistic and a place where you can fill your soul with nature! We will have some of our yoga practices outdoors on the forest deck. It is your chance to be wild and free, pick your own herbs for your tea or fruit and veg, spend time with the horses, donkeys chickens and geese. Go for walks without your shoes on! Swim in icy rivers. Discover waterfalls and beautiful hiking trails. Part of being Farm Chic (and Italian!) is going with the flow, listening to your body and how it feels in the present!



Focus on the present moment.

A retreat should also be taking a break from constant structured activity. There will be lots of time for you to reconnect with yourself, read, go for walks, watch the clouds float over the mountains! Activities are non-compulsory, if you want to do something, wonderful, if you want to take some time to be with yourself wonderful!

How to get to the farm:

Start your adventure...

  • Closest Airport: Rome or Naples.

  • Transfer to: Nearest town is SORA by bus or train.

  • We can pick you up from SORA train station or bus stop to go to the farm.

Information about trains:

- Train times can be found on  Tickets can be purchased online or at the station, either from a machine or a ticket counter.

- When you have purchased your ticket, don’t forget to validate it by stamping in using a green box that is on all platforms.

- Text us with your expected arrival time.

- Once you arrive in SORA we will come and collect/ meet you.

What do I bring, What do I wear!?

Don't panic, it's very relaxed

⌘ Bring yourself first! You can travel as light or as heavy as you want.
⌘ Comfortable clothes for doing yoga, some farm-friendly clothes you don’t mind getting mucky for hanging out with the animals, going for walks and sitting in the garden or forest! – There is a washing machine at your disposal.
⌘ Trainers – for walking or any hikes.
⌘ Shoes/sandal/flip flops – for general wear – or barefoot!
⌘ Optional Swimmers! The weather will (hopefully) be nice, there are some places to swim and sunbathe!
⌘ Normal “Free time clothes” Whatever you feel comfy in from shorts and tees to dresses or bikinis. There are sometimes small festivals in the surrounding villages or we may go into town for pizza one night!
⌘ Towels and yoga mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
⌘ There are plenty of places in the town to get anything else you may need!
⌘ Food is Vegan and Veggie friendly but PLEASE let us know if you have any allergies (i.e. gluten, soy etc.) so that we can cater for this!
⌘ Willingness to share and learn, create and meet new people!
⌘ This is not a free-from or detox retreat, only if you want it to be (e.g. you don’t have to smuggle coffee or wine in! You’re in Italy!)
